History

In 1937, SNT Co., Ltd. has been established as Japan Forging Co.,Ltd. in Kawasaki plant, manufacturing the car’s axle and forging iron mainly. Afterwards, manufacturing and selling the iron pillars for mining which is called “Kappe” as a starting point, coal mining has dramatically improved and reduced the use of mining wood. This has developed the manufacturing and sales of temporary construction equipment as well as leasing business of staffolding parts business. Also, logistic equipment, mainly steel pallets, has become a firm mainstay of our business(Logistic Business), understanding the consignor’s needs by adding values to planning and designing.

“Iron” is common to all three business. Each business has grown into a company with risk tolerance and each technology is using common iron effectively.
In 1968, Chubu Forging Co., Ltd. was established in Shinjo City, Aichi Prefecture. We have grown into a company that specializes in constructing machinery of large forging parts.

Siam Metal Technology Co.,Ltd.(SMT) established a joint venture in Thailand in 1966 and completely grouped in 2006. With the main business of manufacturing forging parts for commercial vehicles, we have grown into an excellent company by capturing the production of local needs repeatedly.

Hitachi Co., Ltd. aquired all SEITAN INC. issued shares and become a member of our group.
Originally, our high-precidsion forging was our strength, but SMT’s coopertation effect and the latest new capital investment are increasing our presence.
